3rd International Conference on Food Security and Value Chain Systems (ICFSVC-2026)

MNS University of Agriculture, Multan

January 05-06, 2026 Hybrid mode

The 3rd International Conference on Food Security and Value Chain Systems (ICFSVC-2026), themed “Innovative Pathways for Sustainability and Resilience,” aims to provide a comprehensive, interdisciplinary platform for examining emerging challenges, innovations, and opportunities within the global agri-food system. As climate change, resource degradation, urbanization, demographic pressures, and economic instability shape the agricultural landscape, the conference seeks to foster dialogue, research exchange, and collaborative solutions that strengthen food security and value chain resilience—particularly in developing economies like Pakistan.

Agriculture continues to serve as the backbone of Pakistan’s economy, contributing substantially to GDP, employment, and rural livelihoods. However, the sector now faces unprecedented pressures in the form of unpredictable weather patterns, water scarcity, soil health deterioration, rising input costs, and changing global market dynamics. These challenges demand integrated approaches that combine technological innovation, sound policies, inclusive value chains, and sustainable resource management. ICFSVC-2026 responds to this need by convening experts from academia, industry, government, civil society, and international organizations to share evidence-based insights and transformative strategies.
