Important Dates and Registration Details – IESF-2026

We are pleased to share the important milestones and participation guidelines for the 2nd International Emerging Scholars Forum (IESF-2026). Mark your calendars to ensure your timely engagement in this dynamic global event.

Important Dates:

• Abstract Submission Deadline: July 31, 2026
  Submit your research abstract before the deadline to be considered for inclusion in one of the concurrent presentation sessions.

• Notification of Acceptance: August 8, 2026
  Authors will receive confirmation of acceptance along with session allocation and presentation guidelines.

• Conference Dates: August 24–26, 2026
  The conference will be held over three days with keynote speeches, thematic panel discussions, and over 300 research presentations.

• Full Paper Submission Deadline: September 15, 2026 (Optional)
  Authors are encouraged to submit their full papers for inclusion in the indexed conference proceedings.

  Papers will be published in Special Issue of either Journal of Agricultural Policy and Transformation (AgriPaT) - eISSN: 3134-819X or Journal of Agribusiness and Social Sciences (JASS)

Registration Fees:

To make participation accessible, we have set modest registration fees:

• Participants from Pakistan:

  • Students: PKR 1,200

  • Early-Career Researchers / Faculty: PKR 1,800

• International Participants:

  • Students: USD 20

  • Early-Career Researchers / Faculty: USD 25

Author Registration Includes:

• PDF certificate of participation

• Indexed conference abstract book (PDF)

• Eligibility for Best Paper Awards (Top 3 selected papers)

• Full length paper publication at 50% APC

Venue:

IESF-2026 will be conducted entirely online, allowing participants from around the world to attend from the comfort of their homes or offices. The forum is centrally coordinated from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF), Pakistan.
