Important Dates:
Abstract Submission Deadline: December 15, 2025
Submit your research abstract before the deadline to be considered for inclusion in one of the concurrent presentation sessions.Notification of Acceptance: January 10, 2026
Authors will receive confirmation of acceptance along with session allocation and presentation guidelines.Conference Dates: January 26–28, 2026
The conference will be held over three days with keynote speeches, thematic panel discussions, and research presentations.Full Paper Submission Deadline: February 10, 2026 (Optional)
Authors are encouraged to submit their full papers for consideration int the Journal of Agricultural Policy and Transformation (AgriPaT) after double blind peer review process (https://www.ageconfrontiers.com/agripat).
Registration Fees:
To make participation accessible, we have set modest registration fees:
Participants from Pakistan:
Students: PKR 1,500 (discounts are available for different Universities and Organizations)
Early-Career Researchers / Faculty: PKR 2,000
International Participants:
Students: USD 20
Early-Career Researchers / Faculty: USD 30

Conference abstract book with ISBN (PDF) which will be submitted for indexation to CABI and Scopus
Eligibility for Best Paper Awards (Top 3 selected papers)
Venue:
ECPCSSA-2026 will be conducted entirely online, allowing participants from around the world to attend from the comfort of their homes or offices. The conference will be jointly coordinated from the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad (UAF), Pakistan and Département d’Economie-Gestion Agricole et Agroalimentaire (EGAAA), INAT – National Institute of Agronomy of Tunisia, University of Carthage;
